The call is then screened and your trained receptionist answers questions and determines if the call should be transferred and if so, to whom.
If the caller needs to schedule an appointment, your dedicated receptionist will schedule the appointment with the appropriate person and notify them.
If the caller requires more information, your receptionist will determine the most appropriate person or department to further assist them and transfer the caller.
